The Summer Fancy Food Show will take place Saturday, June 30 through Monday, July 2 at the Javits Center in New York City.

Seeds&Chips
We are thrilled to be featured as a “food solution” alongside other innovative startups in the Seeds&Chips showcase. Seeds&Chips supports “innovation across the food chain to address challenges such as the growing world population, climate change, and the scarcity of resources.” Come by, say hi, and grab yourself a sample of Ahimi nigiri!

The Future Market
We’ll also be handing out samples of Ahimi nigiri at The Future Market - a “futurist food project that explores how we will produce and shop for food over the next 25 years.” Read more about the project here.

Poké Demo
We're excited to partner with our friends at The Good Spoon, a delicious egg-free mayo made out of microalgae. Chef Pete Cervoni will be whipping up Ahimi poké with pineapple, avocado, and The Good Spoon’s Smoky Spicy Mayo (all vegan!). Samples will be available starting at 11 until we run out!
