Ahimi®, the world’s first plant-based alternative to raw tuna, is now on the menu at 25 Ahipoki Bowl locations in California and Arizona!

The chefs at Ahipoki have added Ahimi to their line up of protein topping options, so customers can now top any customized poke bowl with Ahimi. The new topping is an umami-forward mix of Ahimi marinated in Ahipoki’s special Ahimi sauce, red and green onions, furikake, sesame oil, and crispy onions to top it off. It’s available right alongside the other protein scoop options.

 Ahipoki offers two and three scoop bowls, and customers can choose between salad, white or brown rice, or a combination. Customers can also get tacos made with the Ahimi add-on!
